You are cordially invited to join the Hometown Foundation on Saturday, October 7th at the Second Company Governor's Horse Guard located in Newtown, CT.

Uncle Willie's BBQ will be catering lunch while we enjoy the Western CT K-9 Police Challenge. The event is a  fundraiser via the K-9 challenge, Car Show, Pumpkin Patch to benefit the Second Company Governor's Horse Guard. The calvary is one of the last two active in the United States.

The reserved automotive section of the event is limited to 30 automobiles and 25 motorcycles. We intend to have 6 car and bike owners share with the group details about their vehicle. Discussions points should include production numbers, modifications, history, performance milestones, specs, etc. The owner should also be prepared to do a brief Q&A. Please email if you are interested in presenting. So far the automobiles being presented are: Aston Martin DBS 6 speed, Ford GT, Ferrari 599 GTO, Ferrari F12 TDF and a very special fully restored Ford Roadster.

Lastly, we will end by utilizing the absolutely beautiful grounds at Fairfield Hills to take photos of participating vehicles. We are hoping to get access to some of the driveways and lawn areas of the private historic buildings.

The VIP ticket is $50 per person, which includes reserved parking and BBQ. Any remaining funds will be donated directly to the Horse Guard. Purchasing a ticket is 100% mandatory. It allows us to manage food requirements and better run the event. For those interested in attending the show under general admission, the cost is $20.

We hope to see you on October 7th
